This program allows us to reward you for spreading the word while helping new customers discover our reliable exterior cleaning services and avoiding the risk and regrets of using an unknown and less capable service provider.

It’s easy!

You can refer a friend, family member, or neighbour by:

• Registering their details using our online referral form, or

• Sharing your name/address and letting them mention it when booking.

Alternatively, if you’re a new customer who has been referred, you can:

• Register their details using our online referral form, or

• Mention their name/address when booking.

No!

You can refer as many people as you like and earn rewards for each successful referral.

The more you refer, the more you earn/save!

Yes!

You can opt to either have a cash referral reward paid out or you can benefit from a 20% increase in the reward value when saved and used against your next job.

If you have multiple rewards, you can stack them for bigger savings!

As a thankyou, the referring customer will receive the greater of £10 or 5% of the value of the job booked by the new customer once the job is complete and paid.

This will be available as a cash payment, but don't forget, you have the option to retain this credit and then boost it by 20% if applied to your next job as a credit to your next job with us.

E.g.

• You refer a customer who has £150 job completed, this would be worth £10 (as 5% would be £7.50), or £12 if applied to your next job.

• You refer a customer who has £500 job completed, this would be worth £25 (5% of £500), or £30 if applied to your next job.

• You refer a customer who has £1000 job completed, this would be worth £50 (5% of £1000), or £60 if applied to your next job.

***For each regular window cleaning referral, you'll receive a free clean for each customer you refer, after they've had their 3rd clean***

The maximum reward for any one referral is £50, or £60 if redeemed against future work.

As a new referred customer you will receive a 5% discount off the value of the first job booked.

E.g.

A customer who books a £150 job completed, would secure a discount of £7.50.

A customer who books a £500 job completed, would secure a discount of £25.

A customer who books a £1,000 job completed, would secure a discount of £50.

For newly referred customers, the 5% discount will apply to the full order value of the first booking - no limits.

Further, you will then be qualified to make your own referrals of friends and family to us and earn rewards or future discounts for doing so.
