Refer A Friend Loyalty Scheme Launch

Starting from 15th February 2025, you can now earn exclusive rewards simply by referring friends, family, and neighbours to our trusted exterior cleaning services. Whether you're an existing customer or a first-time client, this program is designed to reward you for spreading the word about the exceptional service you’ve come to expect from us.

All previous customers are eligible immediately to start earning referral rewards.

How Does It Work?

We’ve made it incredibly simple for you to take part:

• If you're an existing customer, share our services with a friend and have them mention your name when booking or submit their details via our online referral form.

• If you're a new customer who has been referred, just let us know who referred you when booking your first service.

• Once your referred friend has completed their first service, you’ll both receive a reward!

What Rewards Can You Earn?

We believe loyalty should be rewarded generously, so here’s what’s in store for you:

• Referring Customer: Earn the greater of £10 or 5% of the order value of your referred customer after each successful referral (Max of £50 per referral).

• New Customer: Get 5% off your first booking value, plus eligibility to start earning rewards from the referral scheme.

• Bonus Perk: If you redeem your referral bonus against a future service, we'll increase it by 20% as a special thank-you!  so each referral you make could be worth up to £60!
